We’re a small but ambitious team on the lookout for a freelance Designer & Marketing Specialist excited to help us build practical, impactful B2B applications. This is a freelance, project-based role with plenty of room to grow. You’ll join a friendly, laid-back environment—this is a “work hard, play hard” kind of team where everyone’s voice matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for our B2B products using Figma. You’ll have a big say in shaping our visual identity and user flows.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team on growth strategies, leveraging your knowledge of AI tools for rapid idea generation and testing.
- Create marketing collateral, including landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics, with a strong focus on conversion-driven design.
- Edit short video content for product demos, social media, and promotional materials (basic video editing skills are needed).
- Work on growth hacking initiatives, experimenting with creative strategies and AI-driven marketing tactics to scale our reach and engagement.
- Handle UX research and testing, iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
- Develop and refine our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Assist in copywriting and content creation for ads, newsletters, and website updates.
- Participate in weekly sprints and brainstorming sessions to help drive product development and marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:
We’re looking for a creative, versatile, and proactive individual who’s ready to dive in and contribute. Here’s what we need:

Figma expertise: Proven experience designing modern, responsive UIs with Figma.
